This team is awesome! Julie patiently worked with my sister in town, and me, out of town. This involved a considerable amount of emailing, phone calls and duplicated work. She tirelessly took my phone calls at all hours. Also, she was available on weekends. Julie, our main realtor, shows her expertise by being able to foresee problems that may come up. This was a factor with our difficult title. We avoided getting bogged down by dealing with the situation ahead of time thanks to her. I was pleased with the final closing of the deal. Julie even came and sat at the condo to let the various men in for inspections, etc.
